What's a good vegetarian (not vegan) potluck recipe?

I would like to make something warm.What's a good vegetarian (not vegan) potluck recipe?

The ingredients are vegan, but you can use regular cream cheese instead of the vegan c.c. or use regular ricotta, whatever. I chose to substitute the spinach for brocolli and mushrooms. The more the better.
