Anyone have a good recipe for a potluck dish. I'd prefer it to be cold. It's easier for transport. Thanks a bunch!Cold food recipes for a potluck?
Ooh!
My grandma always makes these things called ';tortilla rolls';.
They're SOOO good.
You will need:
16 oz of sour cream
16 oz of cream cheese (not whipped)
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar)
1/2 cup green onions (optional)
20 taco-size flour tortillas
Pace picante sauce for dipping!
(sour cream %26amp; cream cheese amounts can be adjusted based on how much you'll be needing!)
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese, %26amp; green onions(opitional) together thoroughly.
Spread generously over one tortilla.
Roll tortilla into a very tight ';taquito-like'; way, making sure to not press too hard so that the sour cream mix doesn't come out.
Wrap it in wax paper.
Repeat with all tortillas until your sour cream mixture is gone.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Then, unwrap from wax paper and cut into little rolls that are about an inch thick.
Serve with picante sauce for dipping!
Good luck!
Feel free to email me with any questions about this recipe!

*1 green bell pepper, or any other bell pepper, seeded and chopped.
*ranch dressing.
*1 Tablespoon butter

boil your pasta. meanwhile chop everything up and put it in a big bowl. drain the pasta, toss in butter and pepper. dump over veggies and mix. pour over enough ranch just to coat everything, it doesn't take much.
