My sons school is having a potluck dinner. Any dinner suggestions that will go over well with kids? Recipes?

pizza pasta - any pasta shape ... shells or spirals work well, pepperoni and pizza sauce, marble cheese. Cook the pasta shells, chop up the pepperoni and mix together with pizza sauce. Top with shredded cheese. Can also be done with ground beef...cook the meat while pasta is cooking then mix the beef, pepperoni and pizza sauce into the pasta top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. You could

dress it up a bit with some green peppers tossed over the cheese before baking but I would leave half without the peppers for those fussy eatersMy sons school is having a potluck dinner. Any dinner suggestions that will go over well with kids? Recipes?
Here's one that was always a hit with the kids at potlucks when my son was young:

Quick Pizza Casserole

2 lbs. hamburger, seasoned with salt, pepper and 1 tsp. oregano - browned and drained

6 oz. Velveeta

1 1/2 pkgs soda crackers, broken into med. sized pieces

1 can tomato soup

1/2 c. milk

1 c. grated mozarella cheese

Butter a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Add crackers, cheese %26amp; meat in layers, starting with the crackers, then cheese, then meat. Repeat. Heat the soup with milk and pour over top. With a knife, work around the sides and middle so that soup goes to the bottom. Bake 30-40 min. at 350 degrees. Just before serving, sprinkle mozarella over the top and let it melt.My sons school is having a potluck dinner. Any dinner suggestions that will go over well with kids? Recipes?
How bout' a homemade pizza with tons of ooey gooey provolone cheese. Use marinara or alfredo sauce, chicken breast, broccoli florets...mmmmm. Also u can try making your own potato chip encrusted chicken nuggets and some garlic mashed potatoes with brie cheese added. Kids love all kinds of fun food like that. Have your son help u prepare the food so he can tell his amigos that he helped make it.
