Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

http://www.recipezaar.com/Buffalo-Chicke鈥?/a>

Serves 32

1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 (12 ounce) bottle hot sauce (use whole bottle or just half, if desired)

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) bottle bleu cheese salad dressing (or can use ranch or 8 oz blue cheese and ranch)

2/3 cup chopped celery

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

Directions

1Preaheat oven top 350.

2In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, celery and cheese.

3In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine cream cheese and salad dressing and stir until smooth. Stir in bottle of hot sauce ( don't have to use entire bottle if you want it milder). Pour heated mixture into bowl with chicken mixture. Stir to mix well.

4Pour into a 13'; x 9'; baking pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly----make sure top doesn't get browned. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm OR cold-----tastes best warm--- with celery or other veggies and crackers.
Everytime that we have a potluck at work, people BEG me to make ';THE DIP';.... it's more of an appetizer, but I know a lot of people who can make a meal out of it...The best part is that it is SO easy to make and it makes an entire crock pot full, so there's plenty to go around. It also freezes well, so if you have left overs, they don't go to waste!

Here is the recipe.

2 lbs. Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage (choose your temp, I usually pick the hot)

1 small onion

2 large cans (28 oz. each) of petite diced tomatoes

2 blocks of cream cheese

1 8 oz. carton of sour cream

1 large jar of salsa (again, choose your temp)

Tostito's Scoops

Directions:

Brown Sausage, and drain. Add diced onion and cook until onion is soft. Add cream cheese and cook until completely melted. Add sour cream, tomatoes, and salsa. Simmer on low 30 minutes.

Serve warm with scoops.

Enjoy :-)
Hi

A can of chili, (with or without beans), an 8 oz block of cream cheese. Heat and serve with corn chips. You can increase the amt by just adding more cans of chili and more cream cheese. Some people use a mix of 2 cans chili to one 8oz cream cheese. Your choice. You can also do this in a crockpot or microwave. Just make sure it is blended well.
Okay... I'm a single guy... so I really don't like cooking all that much. So, an easy recipe for those manditory events at work was a must!! I got this recipe off of a bag of meatballs from Sams Club. Its been a big hit, and every time we have events, they ask me to make these (though nobody realized how simple it is):

1 Bag of frozen Meatballs (Industrial Size bag (LOL) commonly found at a warehouse-store, such as BJ's or Sams)

2 12 oz jars Heinz chili sauce

1 32 oz jar grape jelly

PS: These are easy to transport to work, and start cooking in the morning. It will be ready by lunchtime.

Directions:

Dump it all in a crock pot, turn it on high, and cook for 3 or so hours or until hot.

These are even better served with rolls (but are totally optional)

This one is easy and is always a huge hit. get a crock pot. then you need a bag of frozen meatballs, 1 jar of grape jelly, and 1 can of chili sauce. thaw the meatballs then mix everything in the crock pot and heat on low for 4 hours or high for 2. makes great barbecue like meatballs that everyone loves.
Sliders, ham and/or sausage biscuits, Jamaican patties, jerk wings, buffalo wings, deviled eggers, meatballs, scotch eggs, corn and black bean relish, fruit bowl, trifle
Mac and cheese is always a winner
