Don't really need a recipe.

I usually buy a couple of boxes of scalloped potato mixes and make them up and take them. No one ever knows that is how I made them.
My favorite is 5 cup salad

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup sour cream

1 cup crushed pinapple

1 cup coconut

1 cup mandarin oranges

Mix and chill

I like to add cherries and sometimes pecans
Pot luck is just leftovers. There's no recipe for that :)

Okay... they win... you want recipes to take with you to a Pot Luck Supper? Why didn't you just say so? - lol

Turkey Roll Ups

Make two boxes of Stove Top Stuffing, adding a 10oz box of frozen peas and carrots to the pot with the water.

Using slices of turkey breast (like from the deli or sandwich meat section) put a little scoop of stuffing on each slice and roll it up inside the turkey slice so that you have a little cannoli of turkey and stuffing.

Line the little roll-ups into a baking dish - pour a jar of turkey gravy over the whole thing, cover with foil, bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, pull it out and take it with you.
