My friend made this last week and her coworkers went nuts over it! Way better than my turkey wraps. It's pretty easy to make (I helped) and you can find the stuff in most asian sections at the grocery store. It also stays tasty after sitting around for a bit at potlucks. What to make for work Potluck? Any casserole recipes??
Look up a tamale pie recipe. It's simple and really good, and not overly cheesy. I just made one last night. It's one of those casseroles that people forget about making, so it'll be different. What to make for work Potluck? Any casserole recipes??
