These are two of my favorites. Everyone always wants the recipes, and can't believe how easy they are to make.

Bon Apetit

Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

1 (32-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes

1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or whatever kind you have)

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (or celery or mushroom)

2 cups (16-ounces) sour cream

陆 cup chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon paprika

陆 cup butter, melted

2 cups corn flakes, crushed

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream and onion.

Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish

Sprinkle with paprika.

Crush the corn flakes ; sprinkle on top of casserole, drizzle with melted butter and bake, uncovered, at 350*F (175*C) for 50 to 60 minutes or until browned and heated through.

Serves 8 to 10

Fluff

Mix Together:

1 container sour cream (2 cups)

1 reg pkg jello powder (any flavor)

Stir together well, then stir in:

1 can crushed Pineapple (drained-drink the juice)

1 container Cool Whip

Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours

This is quick and easy to throw together, there is never any left, so it must be as good as I think it is. Use whatever flavor jello you like, it will turn out to be that color. ';Berry Blue'; is really good ! I also like it with ';Fiesta Fruit'; flavor.Wanted any simple potluck type recipes?

Ranch Chicken Pasta Salad but it will have to be kept on ice til serving.

1 bag corkscrew pasta (i use the colored)

1 bottle buttermilk ranch dressing

1 small container sour cream

1 can white meat chicken (the larger can)

1 can sliced olives

1 to 2 stalks celery, diced (optional)

2 green onions, chopped/sliced

McCormick's Salad Supreme Seasoning (found in the spice aisle)

Boil pasta according to directions and drain. While pasta is warm gently stir in sour cream. Add all other ingredients and generously sprinkle with Salad Supreme (about 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon but again its about preference with that too). Stir gently to combine. And I sprinkle a bit more Salad Supreme on top for color. Chill until cold.

It makes quite a bit so although some of the ingredients are pricey it feeds a lot.
